• Classic Cake Pop orders require 5–7 business days to prepare.
• After your order is received, I'll review the details and send a confirmation email with your pickup location, date, and time.

Booking & Payment Policy
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your pickup date. Your order is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.
The remaining balance is due 3 days before your scheduled pickup.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that plans can change!
If you need to cancel more than 5 days before your scheduled pickup, your 50% non-refundable retainer will not be refunded.
If you cancel within 5 days of your scheduled pickup, the full order balance will still be due, as ingredients have been purchased and time has already been dedicated to preparing your order.
Once an order has been completed or picked up, refunds cannot be issued..
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 5 day's notice, subject to availability. Requests made with less than 5 day's notice may be treated as a cancellation.
