Meet the Baker

Hi! I'm Shannon, the owner of The Wildflour Whisk.

I've always considered myself a creator at heart. Whether it was drawing, crafting, or finding creative ways to make something beautiful, I've always loved using my imagination and working with my hands.

As a kid, I was completely captivated by cake decorating shows. I loved watching ordinary cakes turn into works of art and always dreamed of trying it myself someday. Life got busy, and while I never became an avid baker, that passion and curiosity never really went away.

Now, I'm finally taking that leap and turning a dream into reality.

The Wildflour Whisk is where my creativity comes to life. Every cake pop, cake, and sweet treat is handcrafted with attention to detail because I believe desserts should be just as beautiful as they are delicious. Nothing brings me more joy than creating something special that becomes part of your celebrations and memories.

I also have to give a huge thank you to my amazing husband. From day one, he has believed in this dream just as much as I have. His encouragement, support, and willingness to jump in and help behind the scenes have made this journey possible, and I couldn't do it without him.
